Thanks for the informations. Finally I was able to do the sync (with option /force to ignore errors) removing the UserProxy options, so I think that the problem is some property missing from UserProxy class schema.
If I use UserProxy class I'm able to syncronize only some part of the users of the directory. Thanks for the link, the ADAM SYnc 101 is really interesting. Now I'll try to understand what property are missing from the user proxy class that prevents me from syncronizing.
